Prize Draw Terms & Conditions – One Year of Free Bus Advertising

 

1. Promoter
The promoter is Signtech (C.I.) Limited, registered in Jersey, Channel Islands, with its registered office at 9 Hope Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3NS, trading at Signtech HQ, Lewis Lane, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3PF.

 

2. Eligibility
a) The prize draw is open to businesses trading in Jersey.
b) Entrants must be resident in Jersey at the time of entry.
c) Employees of the promoter, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

 

3. How to Enter
a) Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
b) To enter, complete the online entry form at www.signtech.je
c) Only one entry per person is permitted per entity.
d) Entities already advertising on LibertyBus will benefit from being entered into the draw twice.

 

4. Opening and Closing Dates
a) The prize draw opens at 09:00 on 1st March 2026.
b) The closing date for entries is 23:59 on 31st March 2026.
c) Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
d) The draw will be held on Friday 3rd April 2026 at 11:00am.

 

5. The Prize
a) One winner will receive one year of free bus advertising.
b) The prize includes:

  • An initial consultation regarding out-of-home advertising
  • 1 hour studio and artwork time
  • Production and fitting of the advert for a partial rear wrap of an Otokar bus
  • 1 year’s advertising

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
Use of the advertising space is subject to applicable advertising standards and final creative approval.

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification
a) The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
b) The draw will take place on Friday 3rd April 2026 at 11:00am.
c) The winner will be notified using the contact details provided at entry.
d) If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
e) The campaign start date will be agreed between the winner, LibertyBus, and Signtech but must commence by 1st May 2026.

 

7. Publicity
a) By entering, the winner agrees to the promoter using their business name and/or logo for reasonable promotional purposes.

 

8. Data Protection
a) Personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of this prize draw and in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy.
b) Data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without consent.

 

9. General
a) The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw the promotion if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
b) The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues.
c) The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

10. Governing Law
a) These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Jersey, Channel Islands, and the courts of Jersey shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
